Sound familiar?

1

A contract just hit your inbox

A brand deal, a label offer, a collab agreement, a booking contract. Everyone says get a lawyer first. Nobody says how you are supposed to afford one.

2

You have questions, not a case

You do not need a lawsuit. You need ten minutes with someone who knows this industry and will give you a straight answer in plain English.

3

You are just getting started

You are building something real and want to do it right the first time. You need direction and a plan, not a meter running by the hour.

What you get

Inside the membership

A direct line to your attorney

Message me your legal questions any time. Plain-English answers within two business days, from a lawyer who knows the industry you work in.

Contract review, included

Send the deal before you sign it. I read it, flag what hurts you, and tell you what to push back on. Up to two contracts a month, 15 pages each.

Weekly office hours

A standing live session every week, first come, first served. Bring the clause, the deal memo, or the question you have been sitting on.

Your legal game plan

Starting out? We begin with a one-on-one roadmap session: where you are, what you actually need right now, and what can wait.

The AI gut check

Voice clones, likeness clauses, deepfakes, AI terms buried in your deals. Before you agree to anything, run it by me first.

Member rates on the big stuff

When a matter goes beyond the membership, you get preferred flat-fee member pricing and a quote before any work starts. No surprise bills, ever.

Read this part

Your lawyer. Not your manager.

I do not book you, shop you, or manage you. Managers and agents have their jobs. Mine is making sure the paper you sign protects you. That is the whole relationship, and it is exactly why you can trust the advice.

A note from Ethan

“Before I was your lawyer, I was one of you. I spent years as a working musician, on Grammy-nominated albums and Emmy-winning productions, and I know exactly what it feels like when the deal shows up, everyone says get a lawyer, and nobody says how. I built this membership so the people I came up with never have to sign blind. Bring me the contract, the question, the idea you want to pressure-test. This is the place.”

Questions, answered

How fast will you get back to me?
Member messages are answered within two business days. Office hours run live every week if you would rather talk it through in person.
What does contract review include?
A plain-English read of the deal in front of you: what it actually says, what hurts you, and what to push back on. Up to two contracts a month, 15 pages each. If you want me to redline it or negotiate it for you, that is quoted flat at member rates before anything starts.
Why is there a six month minimum?
Because getting your legal house in order takes more than one month. The minimum lets us do the roadmap, fix the contracts you are already using, and build real habits. After six months you are month to month and can cancel anytime.
Is this legal representation?
Membership gives you access, education, and resources. Specific legal matters are handled under a separate engagement letter, and an attorney-client relationship for a matter begins when we both sign one. I will always be clear about which side of that line we are on.
Are you my manager or agent?
No. I am your lawyer, and only your lawyer. I do not book you or shop your work. That independence is the point: my only interest is that the paper protects you.
I am not in Florida. Can I join?
I am licensed in Florida, and the membership education and general guidance are valuable wherever you are. When a specific matter turns on the law of another state, I will tell you straight and help you find the right local counsel.
Do you handle lawsuits?
No. The firm is transactional and advisory by design. If you need to sue or are being sued, I will refer you to a trusted litigator and stay in your corner.
Why the AI focus?
Because it touches everything you are. Voice cloning, likeness scans, deepfakes, training data, and AI terms are showing up in entertainment contracts right now, and most people are signing documents that quietly decide those rights. Members never have to sign blind.
